Every building has a story. At the end of the great depression, New York’s most vicious mobster, “Buddy” Santoro, was set up by a rival gang. Cemented at the base of the Truman Tower constuction site, his spirit laid trapped forever to watch over the building. When an up and coming New York businessman (Matt Dillon) comes upon the spacious Manhattan inheritance from a mysterious, well-to-do relative; he must face his fears or face the consequences.
